Project Status Reporting

Status reporting is a key responsibility of project management.

All Project Managers are required to comply with two reporting requirements:

  • Monthly Dashboard Updates

This is submitted to the Project Portfolio Office to ensure the accuracy of project information in the PPO Dashboard.

  • Regular Project Status Reports and Project Risk Registers

These are submitted to the Project Portfolio Office for consolidation and submission to the Administrative Systems Steering Committee (ASSC) and the Board of Trustees Audit Committee.

All Project Status Reports and Project Risk Registers must be submitted to the PPO no later than the following dates:

  • January 1
  • April 1
  • August 1
  • November 1
