Douglas Library

Douglas Library is located on University Avenue at Union Street north of Ontario Hall.

Main Entrance
The main entrance of Douglas Library is accessible with automatic door openers. The building entrance is on the ground floor which is designated "level 4".

There are two accessible elevators which serve levels 1 through 7. The elevators on the ground floor are located just past the information desk. There is no elevator to the north mezzanine reading area.

Accessible washrooms are located on Levels 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Permit parking is available in the Miller Hall parking lot east of Douglas Library and the Mackintosh-Corry parking lot west of University Avenue. There is one accessible meter space in front of the Physical Education Centre on Union Street.

Floor Plans
Colour floor plans showing the locations of elevators, washrooms and more are posted in the main entrance and one each level opposite the elevator.

Special Readers Services and Adaptive Technologies Lab
The Special Readers Services and Adaptive Technologies Lab is located in Room 402 near the circulation desk. It offers a wide variety of services and adaptive technologies to ensure that students with disabilities have access to the resources necessary to complete their academic endeavours.
