Queen’s University offers two different ways to enter into its Teacher Education program:
The CONCURRENT Education program, where students work towards completing two degrees at the same time. There are 3 Concurrent Education Programs offered:
• Queen’s (enter directly from secondary school)
• Queen’s-Trent (enter directly from secondary school)
• Queen’s-Waterloo Joint Program (enter from the BMath or BCS Honours Co-op programs at the University of Waterloo)
The CONSECUTIVE Education Program, where students enter after having already completed a university undergraduate degree (BEd) or secondary school diploma (or equivalent) (DipEd).
