After 15 August (after 5 January - Winter Term) students must pay a late registration administration fee. If not preregistered, contact the Faculty Office, 2nd Floor Beamish-Munro Hall

After 19 September students must submit a written appeal for late registration to the Operations Committee. If the appeal is granted, the late fee will apply.
§
After 31 October (after 31 January - Winter Term) no more registrations are accepted.

Beginning 2 September, students can add and drop courses on QCARD.
The Chair of Undergraduate Studies in the program must be advised when a course is added or dropped. Verbal requests to course instructors and/or absence from class are not sufficient and usually result in failure and loss of fee refund.
