Crusades and Religious Cultures in Medieval Mediterranean History
Are you interested in history? Want to do something different this summer?
Earn 9 HIST units at the BISC this summer and learn about the Normans in the history of the Crusades and in the interfaith relations between Muslims, Catholic and Orthodox Christians, and the Jews from the eleventh to the thirteenth century.
Go on field studies in England and Palermo to view first-hand museums, monuments, castles, cathedrals, and artifacts illustrative of aspects of the interfaith relations discussed in class.
Want to learn more? Join us on Monday November 18th at 2:30 in the Welcome Centre at Gordon Hall.
Further information can also be found on our Crusades and Religious Cultures in Medieval Mediterranean History page.
