Application Process

  1. Review the Admission Requirements (eligibility) for the program
  2. Submit your application via the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). This Centre processes all applications to any Ontario university and sends them on to the universities electronically.
  3. Current Ontario Secondary School students apply on the 101 application form.All other applicants apply on the 105 application form
    1. Students who are being schooled in Canada, are Canadian Citizens, or Permanent Residents but are not attending an Ontario High School apply on the 105D application form
    2. Students who are being schooled outside of Canada and are not a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident apply on the 105F application form
  4. Select the OUAC code. The OUAC codes are:
    1. QIA – for the First-Year Bachelor of Arts Program
    2. QIS – for the First- Year Bachelor of Science program
    3. QIB – for the First-Year Bachelor of Concurrent Education, Arts
  5. Watch for your Queen’s Applicant e-mail for more information about Queen’s and the BISC and your next steps.
  6. Check your SOLUS Student Centre for a To-Do List of all required documentation and the status of your application. The link will be sent to you after you apply.
  7. Submit your Personal Statement of Experience (PSE) and Supplementary Essay by the due date of February 15, 2016. For all programs, except Commerce, completion of the PSE is optional - but recommended. To submit your PSE, go to your SOLUS Student Centre. Under the heading, Admissions, click on Personal Statement of Experience and Supplementary Essay (if applicable).

Candidates for admission to the First-Year Program will be considered for September entry only. There is no other full-time entry point.
