This summer was not just an excuse to hang out with world-famous explorers. We were also excited to present the Bader College Strategic Plan 2023 – 2028, our comprehensive plan to help Bader College achieve long-term success.
It provides the blueprint that will ensure that all members of our community, including staff, faculty, alumni, and the many friends of the Herstmonceux Castle Estate both locally, and globally, are inspired, valued, and supported as we work towards achieving our shared goals. Building on the success of our work over the last three decades, our alumni will be pleased to hear that this new strategy continues to celebrate the strengths that make the Bader College experience so distinctive.
The development of our innovative programs, the empowerment of our talented staff, and the importance of our role as proud custodians of our historic estate are all given careful consideration, for example, as is our special community spirit.
We remain committed to using our supportive and inclusive community to increase access to an exceptional educational opportunity, and indeed with your help, by developing an active alumni program and exciting volunteer opportunities, we hope to be able to extend our global reach and reputation even further. As alumni, we hope you are as enthused about the future of Bader College as we are, and you will continue to support us as we strive to make Alfred Bader’s bold vision for the Castle a reality.
