To obtain access to the Adaptive Technology Centre in Stauffer Library, students must first be registered at the Queen's Disability Services Office, La Salle Building, Stuart Street, where a disability services card will be issued. The Adaptive Technology Centre contains technology and services that enable students with disabilities to study, research, and access library and course materials. The Centre is for the exclusive use of students with disabilities and their assistants. The Law Library, located in Macdonald Hall, also has a room available for students with disabilities. Upon presentation of their disability services card at the Libraries' Circulation Desks, students may sign for an access card to either facility. Students may also obtain their own access card for use during the academic year.
