Introduction
The Senior Staffing Officer is responsible for overseeing the processes and activities related to staffing for all academic faculty within the Faculty of Arts and Science. The Senior Staffing Officer provides advice to the Dean, Vice-Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of Departments, Directors of Schools and Departmental Administrators on the relevant procedures set out in the Collective Agreement between Queen's University and the Queen's University Faculty Association (QUFA), the University Senate documents and Human Resources policies.
