Queen's Telefundraising Services (QTS) is Queen's front line contact with alumni and parents.
As part of the Queen's Annual Appeal, Queen's students reach out to alumni and parents to share current Queen's stories and information, answer any questions, and offer the opportunity to invest in our University through a gift to the Queen's Fund.

QTS callers are dynamic Queen’s students who enjoy a high spirited atmosphere with flexible evening hours and opportunities to connect with the broader Queen's community from the heart of campus.
QTS is a positive and energetic employer on-campus with an annual staff of over 50 students who gain valuable work experience while actively promoting alumni engagement and support of the University.
