Class Giving:
To honour the occasion of our 50th reunion, your Planning Committee is suggesting everyone make a special donation to the Nursing Initiatives Fund. This Fund was launched to give the School of Nursing greater flexibility to meet the needs of students. It was established to support a variety of needs, including student assistance, conferences and guest lecturers. Among other things, your gifts will help:
- send students to conferences including the Canadian Nursing Students Association Conference, where they will share their research and learn from their peers
- equip and update laboratories where students practice their skills prior to going into practice
- ensure clinical faculty, already among the best in the field of nursing, are also trained to be among the best teachers for our nursing students
Your donation to the Nursing Initiatives Fund will support the education of today’s nursing students.
Gifts of any amount will be appreciated.
