Here are the plans for our class:

Friday October 4
Afternoon:
Don’t miss the excitement of Clark Hall.  Let the memories pour in (no pun intended).

Evening:  6:00  Tir Nan ‘Og Pub, 200 Ontario St. (613-544-7474).  It’s on the first floor of the historic Prince George Hotel.  If you arrive later, check the quiet pub at the Donald Gordon Centre.

Saturday October 5
Morning
9:00  Meet on campus at Ontario Hall for a photo op.

10:00 am - 12:00 noon: Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science - Meet the Dean and Current Engineering Students (see the list further down on this page for more specifics, including a Sc’78 Special Announcement!)

9:00 am - 12:00 noon: Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science Open House events - see the list further down on this page for more specifics on each Department's open house/tour.

Afternoon:
Football game.  Block bookings are a thing of the past, but here is the link you will need to get your own ticket(s). Tickets are expected to sell out, so don’t miss out on this Homecoming tradition! After you purchase the tickets online, print them out and bring them along with you, because that is what will let you into the stadium. Currently, there are Science ’78 alumni reserved seating in Section E, Row F, around seats 26, so indicate that you are attending with the Science ’78 group.  Make sure you wear your jacket and any other Science ’78 apparel you are proud to display.  Alumni parade at half time.

Evening:
Sit down dinner with fellow Sc ‘78 alumni at Donald Gordon Centre (DGC) at 7:00 p.m.  Please let Penny know if there are any dietary restrictions and she’ll see what she can do.  Stop at the DGC bar after dinner to continue catching up with fellow alumni.

Sunday October 6
Morning:
Complimentary breakfast for those who stayed at DGC.

When you arrive on campus, either on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, be sure to check in at Grant Hall to pick up your reunion pin, your ticket to the football game, your photo name-badge and jacket bar, and your Homecoming weekend program booklet. Then look around for your classmates – we’ll be looking for you!

So looking forward to hearing from you.  If you have any questions in the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact any of us.  And book your room!!
