Register online by Friday January 10.

Registration charge of $40 Cdn includes instruction, curling, and BBQ dinner

Limited to 40 participants. Children 7 and up are welcome.

Curling's popularity has multiplied since its reintroduction as an Olympic sport in 2006. The Boston area has several established curling clubs, but their growing memberships have left very little ice time available for public events. So don't miss this opportunity!

All skill levels from total rookie to experienced skip are welcome, and alumni are welcome to bring families and friends.

Petersham Club members will welcome us to their club with some basic instruction, and then we'll have some time for everyone to play in some games. To finish, we'll have barbecue dinner from Redbones in Somerville. The curling club has a cash bar.

Please make sure to bring shoes whose soles have been cleaned since they were worn outside, and that do not have sharp hardware on top that could scratch the ice. Also avoid tight-fitting pants -- good delivery involves a lot of stretching!
