MyCareer (Queen's Career Services)

All alumni have access to jobs posted by Queen's Career Services through "MyCareer". Access to job counselling and workshops through Queen's Career Services are available to alumni up to one year after graduation. You may access MyCareer with your alumni NetID and password. Learn about NetIDs...

To access MyCareer with your NetID:

  • If you know your NetID, but don’t remember your password,  you can re-set it through IT Services, if you have previously set up challenge questions and an alternate email address. 
  • If you have never used a NetID, but you remember your student number, you can activate a NetID.

  • Your NetID can be activated only once. If you activated your NetID as a student and now need to use your NetID again as an alumnus, you cannot activate it again. However, you will need to reset your password.

If you don’t know your NetID or student number or if you have any problems during this process, please email or call our Contact Centre at 1.800.267.7837 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.)


We currently offer NetIDs and access to MyCareer/Queen’s Career Services  to Queen’s alumni (graduates of undergrad, graduate, or professional programs at Queen’s) and “alumni non-grads” (those who have completed at least a year of courses and whose class has graduated.) We do not currently offer access to Queen’s affiliates (those who have completed studies at the  Bader International Study Centre,  post-doctoral fellowships, Post-Graduate Medical Education, or Primary Care Residents) but access may be given in the future.
