Required Documents for Applicants

All applicants to Queen's are required to submit documents as part of the application process.

Examples include transcripts, the Personal Statement of Experience, or perhaps a Test of Facility in English.

All required documents for individual applicants may be reviewed in your To Do List in the online Student Center.

If you are applying for a First-Year Direct-Entry program and have hard-copies of documents that you need to send us, please mail them to us:
