If you change your contact information during the admission process, or if you will not have access to the Internet for extended periods of time, please make certain that you notify us of those changes so that we can remain in contact with you. Please note that is is your responsibility to ensure that documentation is submitted by the appropriate deadlines. Changes to your contact information can be made through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) online system.
All changes to acceptances can be made through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre at www.ouac.on.ca. If you would like to make a change to your acceptance after the acceptance deadline (see offer letter for acceptance deadline) please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. All requests will be assessed on an individual basis.

Yes, Queen’s may grant transfer credits for many different academic programs. Transfer credit varies depending on the curriculum, score achieved, program and year of entry. Queen’s may grant transfer credit for CEGEP, International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), GCE, French Baccalaureate, College and/or University courses completed. If you have participated in any of these programs please ensure you have indicated so on your OUAC application and arrange for official transcripts or test scores to be sent to us for evaluation.
The first fee due is the deposit for residence on June 10. Full tuition is due September 1 with fees and residence due in full, on September 30. Information on tuition fees and registration is available online.
