Undergraduate Students

• Scholarships, bursaries and awards administered by Queen's University will be credited to the student's account prior to August 1st.
• Awards in excess of the full year's tuition and residence fee, if applicable, will be refunded to the student after the registration period. Please contact the Student Awards Office if this is the case.

Graduate Students

• Scholarships administered by the School of Graduate Studies are deposited directly to the student's bank account after their registration has been completed.
• For more information, please refer to your award letter or check with the School of Graduate Studies.
